Women Empowerment and Advocacy (WEA) is a Non-Governmental organization that operates in Rwanda since 2020, it aims to enhance the development of Rwanda, focusing on the empowerment of women and girls in social-economic aspects. We are change makers who believe that every girl and women can have a better future.

The vision of Women Empowerment and Advocacy (WEA) is to have a society with skilled and competitive women and girls in socio-economic transformation.
Our Mission
To support women and girls to uptake their Social-Economic development and Advocate for their rights.
