Women Empowerment and Advocacy (WEA) is a non-governmental organization that operates in Rwanda since 2020. The organization seeks to empower women and girls in social-economic aspects by supporting their initiatives aimed at meeting their basic needs, enabling them to become more active contributors towards their national sustainable development at all levels.
